Managing your share links
Every link you create is tracked in one place — check how it's doing, change its settings, or revoke it.
Finding your shares
On your project's Activity tab, the Shared by you panel beside the feed lists your most recent links. Click View all to open the full list.
Note: this list shows only the links you created in this project — not everything shared across the project, and not your links from other projects. Each person sees their own shares.
What you can see
For every link, the list shows:
- The track, version, or playlist it points to.
- When you shared it, and when it expires (if ever).
- Views, Plays, and Downloads — counts that climb as people use the link, so you can tell whether anyone's actually listening. Downloads only shows a count if you allowed downloads on that link.
- A Copy link button, for sending the same link again.
Changing or revoking a link
Click any link in the full list (or Edit beside it in the panel) to open its settings. From there you can:
- Change the expiration — extend it, shorten it, or set it to never expire.
- Update the Shared with note, or the download and commenting settings — see Sharing tracks and playlists for what each one does.
- Delete this share — this revokes the link immediately. Anyone who opens it afterward gets the expired-link message.
Tip: revoking is how you cut off access early — say you shared a rough mix and don't want it circulating once the track is released. Delete the link and it stops working right away.
Only the person who created a link can change or revoke it.
