Reordering tracks in a playlist

Drag tracks into the order you want them played or shared, in a playlist's Custom Order view.

Choose Custom Order from the playlist's sort menu, then drag a track by its row to reorder it — grab the row anywhere; there's no handle to aim for. A glowing line shows where the track will land, and the position numbers renumber as you drop. The order you set is the order listeners get when you share the playlist.

Reordering follows the same permission as adding tracks — your own playlists, or any Collaborative one (see Creating a playlist, and who can edit it).
