Pinning a featured version
By default, a track features its most recent version. Pin a different one to keep it featured no matter what you bounce next.
Every track's key, BPM, producers, and duration come from whichever version is featured — see How versions work if that's new to you. Don't want the most recent version to be featured? Pin the one you want.
Pinning a version
Do it from either place:
- The track's Versions page — click the pin icon at the end of the version's row (Pin as featured).
- The version's own page — click Feature this version under its name.
That version stays featured even when newer ones arrive. It moves to the top of the Versions page with a Featured badge, and its pin fills in.
Tip: to lock in the version that's already featured — usually the newest — click its pin icon on the Versions page. The next bounce won't replace it.
Unpinning
Click the filled pin on the pinned version's row (Unpin as featured), or click Featured on the version's page. The track goes back to featuring its most recent version.
Any project member can pin or unpin the featured version.
