Track and playlist artwork
Every track and playlist gets its own cover art automatically. Shuffle the generated design, recolor it, or upload your own — it shows up everywhere your music does.
What it is
Every track and playlist in Dosido has cover art that appears on its page, in your library, on its share page, and in link previews. You never have to make anything: Dosido generates a unique cover for each one automatically.
When you want something more deliberate, restyle that generated art or replace it with your own image. Any project member can change a track's or playlist's artwork.
To edit it, click the cover art on the track's or playlist's page. The editor opens with two tabs — Generate and Upload.

Generating cover art
The Generate tab restyles Dosido's built-in wave design:
- Shuffle — draw a brand-new pattern. Keep tapping until one feels right.
- Color — choose a background color from the swatches, or open the custom picker for any color.
- Density — slide from sparse, calm lines to a dense, busy weave.
The preview updates as you go. Click Save when you like it.
Uploading your own
The Upload tab swaps in your own image:
- Drop an image onto the target, or click to choose one. Dosido accepts JPG, PNG, or GIF, up to 20 MB.
- The image opens in a square cropper — drag to position it and use the zoom slider to frame it. Covers are always square.
- Click Save.
To start over with a different file, choose Choose a different image before you save.
Note: Removing an uploaded image reverts the cover to Dosido's generated art, so you're never left without one. Open the editor, switch to the Upload tab, and choose Remove artwork.
Where it shows up
A cover follows its track or playlist everywhere your music goes:
- On its page and in your library lists.
- On its share page — the cover someone sees and plays.
- In the link preview when you paste a share link into Slack, iMessage, or social, before anyone clicks through.
- In the Dosido iOS app.
